Slow and Steady

Long Slow Distance

Unless mentioned otherwise they start at the YMCA at 7:30am and 8:30am on Sunday mornings. 

 

Generally a pretty good group of varying speeds an abilities.  Feel free to bring a friend and come out for a long slow run.  It is a great way to meet other runners.  Runs vary in distances and times usually in the 2 - 3 hour range, but vary depending on specific goals.
