Workouts
Unless mentioned otherwise these workouts start at the YMCA at 6:15 p.m. on Thursdays. Workouts are comprised of a shared warm up and warm down, but in the intensity segment, runners are encouraged to find a partner of similar speed or run on their own. Tempo runs are based on each individuals runners optimal tempo pace which can be calculated by inserted a recent finish time into a pace calculator such as the one on mcmillanrunning.com Feel free to add suggested or planned workouts below.
