Recovery Workout - Pub Run

Monday workouts are geared towards active recovery and socializing with other runners.  These runs begin at the Rusty Snail at 6 pm on Mondays

Remember, Monday runs are all about having fun.  If you want to go fast or long, have a look at the other weeknight and Sunday workouts.
